Rule 135
EXTRAORDINARY FAMILY PENSION AND GRANT
: (1) If a police officer dies suddenly of any injury sustained while performing his duties or undergoing training, or if he dies without recovery from the same, irrespective of the number of years of his service, among the members of the family of the deceased police officer under rule 133 The person as per sub-rule (5) shall be given half of the family pension of the salary earned by such police officer and also extraordinary family gratuity as follows:-
(a) In case of death before completing the service period of ten years, an amount equal to six months' salary received by him,
(b) In case of death after completing the service period of ten years to twenty years, the amount equal to the salary of the ninth month which he received,
(c) If he dies after completing any service period of more than twenty years, an amount equal to one year's salary earned by him.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), any police officer, while engaged in the action of an armed group or any other type of armed encounter or attack or explosion or action against an armed group or other such group, or in the case of being deployed in accordance with the prevailing law, shall be on guard, on guard, in the river In case of death due to injury from a weapon or any kind of weapon or due to any sudden accident or death without recovery immediately or for the same reason, the deceased police officer will be posthumously promoted to a higher post and the full salary according to the same post, up to a maximum of seven years, not exceeding the period of retirement of such police officer according to the age limit of such police officer. will get After the period of receiving the full salary, if the service period of the deceased police employee is less than the pensionable period, the family of the deceased police employee will receive the pension according to the pensionable period, and if the service period is more than the pensionable period.

(4) Consideration of dutySub-rule (1) to the families of the police personnel who were killed on the basis of the joint report of the relevant chief district officer and the head of the relevant police office, in cases where reliable information has been received that the person was killed while on duty or while on duty or was abducted from the road or from the workplace but the body has not been found.
